In the U.S. there is a product available called Alli, which contains the active ingredient Orlistat, which can help block the absorption of fats, though it does not block all, because your body does need some to stay healthy and function properly.
It also can't be used if you are always taking it a very high fat diet, because this can cause severe problems in controlling your bowels.
