What Will Help With Rls (restless Leg Syndrome) And Tiredness?

I've been on suboxone for about 8 months. Starting dosage was 2 -8mg a day.after months I've tapered down to about .50-.30mg very very small piece and been on that for a month, it's not as bad but I'm still tired and get light heat flashes. Any thoughts on what I should do from here?

Is your intention to fully get off of Suboxone anytime soon? If so, I think you're certainly on the right track. Usually for drugs like this the safest way to stop taking them is to tapper off in fractions (actually cut into pieces) and these smaller pieces can be taken in place of the regular dose for a period of several weeks until the body is no longer dependent upon them.

Based on the amount you're taking now, I'd say your just about out of the woods! Another user on here actually posted their personal instructions for having a withdrawal-free tapering experiencing. You can have a look at it here:

If you're still feeling tired but with restless legs, I might consider trying green tea. It has just enough caffeine to promote mental alertness, but at the same time has a calming effect on the body. The side effects may not go away completely until your off the suboxone, but I think this can definitely help along with some Essential Oils.

Are you drinking enough water as well? Dehydration is a common cause of hot flashes and day-time fatigue.

I hope this helps!
