What Is The P500 White Pill I Found?

It is Generic Tylenol from Walmart. I have the same pills in my cabinet. They are white oblong with P500 on one side and nothing on the other side. Yep, just tylenol.

No,Its not just Tylenol it also has propoxphyn 100mg in it which said is part methadone and anestic.it caused me to have heart pain and swollen stiff leg red ring rash around calf above angels and hips blew up swollen red pouch hot to touch sore painful.... Super Bad That It's In There.

They are definitely equate Tylenol from Walmart. I buy them all the time.

It seems from my investigation as well that this is definitely Equate Extra Strength Acetaminophen (also known as Tylenol), but I wanted to confirm it with facts for other readers below:

One other thing is that Propoxyphene is NOT included as an active ingredient in this specific white oblong tablet. Though there is a purple oblong pill made by Pliva Inc. with a similar P500 description that does contain the combination of Acetaminophen + Propoxyphene.
