White kind of oblong, small tablet, On one side it has L022, nothing on the other.
I think it's heartburn but which kind.

This tablet contains 200mgs of Cimetidine. (NDC 00113-0124). This medication is most commonly used to help treat heartburn, acid reflux, and gastritis.
