I have severe muscle spasms in my upper back, by, and below my shoulder blade. It hurts to the touch. Which one of these medications (neurobion / methylcobalamin) is best to have?

Neither one of these are actual medications, they are both just dietary supplements of vitamin B formulations, so there is no guarantee that either one will help.

The FDA warns that they may cause nausea, and diarrhea, due to their potency.

Have you checked with a doctor? Do you know what's causing the pain, and spasms? Are you on any other medications?
