What Is High Grade Squamous Intraepithelial Lesion
UpdatedI went to the clinic to do a Pap smear and the results were negative.
The final diagnosis was high grade squamous intraepithelial lesion, of which I do not know what it is?

Hello, Malatu! How are you?
This means that they found cells present that are precancerous. That doesn't mean you have cancer, according to NIH listings, but there is a risk in the future that they it could turn into cancer.
Calling them high grade indicates the presence of moderate, or severe precancerous cells.
However, as I said, that does not mean you have cancer, it just means they found a high number of abnormal cells that might become cancerous in the future, but there is also a chance that they will not.
Did your doctor provide any advice?
