Danger of Over dose on Meloxicam: I was given sample bottle of Meloxicam 15 mgs, to take "as necessary per route" as instruction said, so I took it TWICE a day, at morning and at night. Some of my blood word result levels are high and I am wondering if this overdose of Meloxicam has something to do with these high level results?!

Meloxicam is usually dosed just once a day in a maximum of 15mgs. The FDA classifies it as a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory that's most commonly used to treat pain, fever and swelling. Its typical side effects may possibly include nausea, dizziness, headache, increased risk of bleeding and stomach irritation.
