Is the marking possibly U 37? Can you please double check and post back?
There is a tablet that matches this description with U 37 on it, which contains 60mgs of Codeine and 300mgs of Acetaminophen, it is a generic for Tylenol 4. NDC for further information: 13107-0060
The FDA warns that this medication carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, constipation, and dry mouth.
