I have a bottle of tylenol pm instant release and after some stuff that i heard of that has been going on in my town and also because a friend gave me the bottle i didn't buy it. So i decided to open the capsules up and it some had a powder in it and a few hard beads in them. So not sure what's going on?

I've never opened one to look. However, you may be able to call and ask the manufacturer, they list a contact number on their website, it's 877-TYLENOL.
The FDA lists the typical side effects of this medication as possibly including nausea, dizziness, drowsiness and headache.
