What Will Be The Side Effect If I Skip Lopez 1mg Tablet After Taking It For A Long Time

I am taking Lopez 1mg tablet for the past 2-3 years time along with Oleanz 2.5mg and then recently 3 months before I stopped taking Oleanz 2.5mg and now I take Lopez 1mg along with Sulpitac 100mg.Recently,4 days before I stopped taking Lopez 1mg and I took only Sulpitac 100mg in the night.

I need to know the side effects of skipping Lopez 1mg. Also I need to know the side effects of taking Sulpitac 100mg.

Hello,

The only information I've been able to find in regards to the medication "Lopez" is that it contains an ingredient by the name of Olanzapine. Olanzapine is also the active ingredient in the brand name medication Zyprexa, which is an antipsychotic used to control the symptoms associated with schizophrenia in adults and teens over 13 years of age. It is also used in adults and teens over 13 years of age, to treat bipolar disorder and control the mania and depression that is often experienced by bipolar patients.

You should not stop taking this medication abruptly. To reduce symptoms of withdrawal, slowly taper off. Be sure to call your doctor before making any changes to your medication or dosage.

Side effects associated with withdrawal may include (but are not limited to):

Insomnia, Schizophrenic or psychotic symptoms (such as delusions or hallucinations),
Bipolar symptoms (including depression, manic phase or both).

In regards to the medication Sulpitac, it contains the active ingredient Amisulpride; which is also used in the treatment of Schizophrenia.

Side effects may include (but are not limited to):

Nausea, Dry mouth, Dizziness, Drowsiness, Abnormal weight gain, Hyperglycemia, Vomiting, Constipation, Mood changes, Shakes or tremors, Uncontrollable movements, and Insomnia.

My brother has been prescribed LOPEZ 1 MG and ELICIA 2 - on his 1st visit to a psychiatrist.

For long term depression I have been prescribed clonazapam 0.5mg, and then after adding different medicines, before 10 months I was suggested D- venpad xr 50 and then doze increased to 100mg, after 5 months D venpad has been exchanged by s-citapad plus H, I was not comfortable but doctor said it would take at least the month, for some time it worked well but with change in depression situations it didn't worked well, I returned to D-venpad xr 50 twice, but it didn't worked well as before, s-citapad gives me more hours of sleep but with bad dreams, I started again s-citapad plus H but it is not effective, I am tired, I have not visited my psychiatrist for last 6 months, what should I do. I can't be suitable with any uncomfortable situation, get angried and lose the willingness of living, I tried to commit suicide 2-3 times.

I have never taken sulphite,but don't take Lopez regularly it makes not a more difference, but I have to take clonazapam regularly even some time twice or thrice of 0.5mg,

Dear Kamlesh. I think u r having bipolar disorder type 1. This requires regular medication and consultation. With Bipolar 1 every patient has to try different drug combinations and find one which helps in controlling symptoms. So don't lose hope. Try changing ur psychiatrist. It took 3 years and another doctor to control my symptoms. I'm near normal now. So keep on taking your medication. Keep a note of ups and downs and describe it to doctor. Again don't lose hope. Bipolar 1 is difficult but treatable. Pls write me back if needed. {edited for privacy}
