What Pharmacy Carries Greenstone Xanax (Top voted first)
UpdatedMy longtime pharmacy stopped carrying the Greenstone generic of Xanax. How could I find another local pharmacy that does carry them?
I also take xanax and will only settle for greenstone brand being that I've tried all generics. Greenstone is also a subsidiary company of Pfizer/Upjohn which is who makes the name brand xanax. Some "not too smart" people say oh the yellow ones are best or green ones color means absolutely nothing. Anyhow if there's a K-Mart in your area that is who I have order my Greenstone brand for me.
Re: Optimistic (# 29)
I think aurobindo might be the most dangerous FDA approved supplier of medicine in the USA
Your doctor can write you the proper paper work for a pharmacy to order that specific medications you need and the pharmacy should comply.

Why not call them?
GREENSTONE LLC

Peapack, NJ 07977
Greenstone Customer Service, Toll Free: 1-800-447-3360
Fax: 1-800-211-3775
Medical Information: 1-800-438-1985
The same thing just happened to me and nowhere local seems to be able to get them. Which mail order pharmacy did you find them at? Thank you so much .... there’s nothing worse than having anxiety over getting your medication for anxiety and the pharmacies don’t care at all!
Re: SuishiQ (# 15)
I won’t take anything made by aurobindo. Their adderall is fake and their zofran almost gave me serotonin Syndrome. I always report their meds to the FDA. They are fake and/or dangerous.

What was your experience taking the greenstone 2mg pills/tablets in comparison with your longtime experience with Sandoz aplrazolam? This two brands are by far my favorite Generic manufactures and I am very familiar with both manufactures and believe them to make the highest quality generic xanax in the USA! But out of curiosity, if it was your last xanax prescription, which generic would you choose? Greenstone LLC or Sandoz? please give your best unbiased answer and I will give you mine!
CVS will order Greenstone brand. I get nauseous & shaky on other brands, & only use Greenstone.
Re: EDDY (# 3)
my pharmacy told me yesterday that they tried to order the Greenstone xanax but couldn’t get it -said it was “back ordered.” They have ordered it for me many times. Called Pfizer number on I Pad and she said that at their level it is being produced. I have allergies and sensitivities and have to find a pharmacy that has this brand.
The brand u r describing is greenstone, so ask the pharmacy if they can order it for u. Or as the other reply says they asked a Walmart to do so for them and they were kind enough to do so. Hope this helps.
Re: Swim (# 18)
While I find the effects to be almost identical, the Greenstone seems to have a longer half-life and are perhaps less sedating (hypnotic) than Sandoz. I take my alprazolam sublingually and I've noticed the greenstone dissolves much quicker. Ironically though the Sandoz seems to kick in quicker.
I agree with you that Sandoz and Greenstone are both tops when it comes to generic Xanax. However, based on what I stated above (longer half life and less sedation) I would give the nod to Greenstone over Sandoz by a hair. They both work great for relieving panic/anxiety.
I have PTSD and panic disorder without agoraphobia (well, most of the time). Sometimes grocery stores cause agoraphobia for some reason but it's not like my usual "out of the blue" attacks. I bring it on myself by overthinking/precipitating it.
Also, it helps if you actually have your Doctor write, (or as of 1/1/22 E-Prescribe it as "Greenstone Authorized Generic Only*, that way the pharmacy will have no choice but to get you the Greenstone ones.
The Doctor can't specify what brand of generic Xanax is to be ordered? That is between the pharmacy and their distributer. The doctor can specify the brand name version of the medicine is to be filled however your insurance company may not pay despite what is ordered
Hi All, I haven't tried this yet (I don't use a smartphone .... yeah, living in the dark ages), but I just saw a website of Greenstone's that said they have an Android app to locate pharmacies that have any particular Greenstone generic.
Re: EDDY (# 21)
Thanks for the info, Eddy. I have called them in the past, although I don't recall what luck I had. I may have subsequently had luck finding out my mail order pharmacy could get me the Greenstone, which is where I am at right now -- trying to get the correct script from my doctor to send to my mail order pharmacy. If this doesn't work, I'll go with the app. I much prefer getting info in 'black & white' than verbally. Experience has given me too much wrong information with verbal info.
Re: Ger (# 24)
Not anymore, it seems as though they’ve changed distributors and they can’t get Greenstone anymore (at least in Miami.) They’ve switched their preferred brand from Deva to Breckinridge though and they’re working for me (thank god) - they’re a bit different, they seem a bit stronger initially but seem to wear off a bit more quickly so I’ve just had to take less mg more often throughout the day.
Re: Optimistic (# 29)
Yes it is....I tested myself after taking 4 days of u31 and u30s and passed clean on amphetamines.....It's literally fake
Re: Dutchy (# 44)
CVS can also "Special-Order" your medication if its available from Mckesson, and it come in the next day if ordered monday through Friday. Friday orders come Monday.
Re: Optimistic (# 29)
Now see I only like the Teva Adderall which is made by the same company in the USA that makes Adderall. But I like the Xanax from Aurobine They would for me but I have to admit I never compared it to greenstone but the Actavis that everyone says is great I HATE they do not work... I think it is about body chemistry so it is different for everyone.
I can tell you that Walgreens and Walmart use the same wholesale distributor, and Rite Aid and CVS use the same. So if Walmart does not have that brand Wallgreens will not either. That might help cut down on any kind of individual calls you make.
But what I did during one of the Adderall shortages was that I’ve found a customer service or a sales phone number on the website of the drug manufacturer, Teva was the one I was looking for, and I contacted them and asked them which pharmacies they have distributed to within 100 miles of my ZIP Code. They were able to look that up and tell me that there was none which saved me a whole bunch of phone calls. But I would try that first and see if they can tell you who they sell two in your area.
Also if you have any mom and pop pharmacies they tend to be more willing to order special orders for people. The chain pharmacies usually don’t allow them to do that.
