Meloxicam will not do anything to help with nausea, as a matter of fact, it could actually just make that worse, since it can also cause it as a side effect.
Meloxicam is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory that's used to treat pain, fever and swelling, other side effects to it may include dizziness, headache and stomach irritation.

That said, the Sulfamethoxazole in the antibiotic can actually make it more potent, so you have to be cautious when taking them together and shouldn't do so, unless your doctor has told you that it's okay.
