Dolokind contains the active ingredient Chlorzoxazone... this is a muscle relaxant.

I'm not sure as to why you are experiencing swelling, as the common side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, dizziness and headache. I would strongly recommend seeing your doctor if you continue to experience it.
