Since Trazodone is a generic for the antidepressant Desyrel, there are many on the market and each tablet made by a different company will have different markings.
Some imprints include:
SL 434
Barr 555 490
93 638
5599 DAN DAN
APO T100
441 R
MP 114
MX 72
And this is by no means a comprehensive list of all of them.
If the pill you have is not on this list, please post back with the imprint and I can look it up for you!

I received a new Rx of Trazodone from a 'by mail' pharmacy that looks like this: white, round, 100mg tablet with a stylized V and the number 19 on each half of the scored tablet. if tablet turned upside down, the numbers are 61 rather than 19. Thanks for your time and trouble.

The pill you have actually reads "61 61 V", and is in fact Trazodone hydrochloride (100 mg). For verification, this pill is Manufactured by Vintage Pharmaceuticals Inc. and the National Drug Code (NDC) is: 0603-6161
Trazodone is indicated for:
Clinical depression with or without anxiety. Insomnia, Fibromyalgia, to aid in sleeping. Control of nightmares or other sleep disturbances.

Mine came from India and says 100 on one side & scored in 1/4's on the other side. It's a generic called Trazotic. The company name is on the packaging & the active ingredient is Trazodone hcl. I took one last night & it worked for my insomnia which it is used for. However, I am knocked out today. Has anyone else used this product? It's an antidepressant & seemed to do the job for sleep but I'm worried it's not the real deal.
