What is this pill imprinted with "westward 477"? I do not know if my son is taking it and for what... I am desperate for some help.

Dermatologist gave me this pill ( west ward 477 ) to use for 2 weeks (1 pill 2x daily x 1wk, then-1 pill daily x 1wk) in combination with antibiotic for my adult cystic acne. I need to know, how this pill can effect my health in a long run ( meaning would it make long term bad side effects on my health ???
