Hi Guru,

Have you thought about supplementing with something that will increase or stimulate your appetite? There's really no other type of pill that can make you gain weight without experiencing the harsh side effects of steroids. So focusing primarily on your diet and caloric needs is probably going to be your best bet for gaining/maintaining the weight you desire.

Health stores like GNC or Vitamin Shoppe also offer other alternatives like high calorie weight gainer shakes. Doing this along with lifting weights or strength training, should be ideal for putting on a significant amount of weight through muscle mass and not so much through fat.
