Weight Gain Multi Vitamins
UpdatedI am 63 kgs and 5.8 , i go to gym daily and workout for 1hr.My trainer suggested me taking herbal powder and multi vitamin capsules for about 45 days..how safe are they?? should i take ??

A vitamin is just a nutritional supplement and they are vital to your health. They are generally considered safe as long as you don't take more than directed and your doctor hasn't told you not to take them.
