This is Acetaminophen 325mgs and Hydrocodone 7.5mgs, a generic version of Lortab, Norco, Vicodin and others.

This is a narcotic, coupled with an anti-inflammatory to treat pain. Since it is a narcotic, is has many side effects, including nausea, vomiting, drowsiness, dizziness and it can be very addictive.
Why is Watson 3203l sometimes orange and sometimes white with red specks? The orange seems too give more help.
