Small Birth control sized white pill. One side says Watson and the other side says 240 on top of 0.5, What is it?

Based on the description it sounds like you have 0.5 mg Lorazepam

White Round - Scored, Watson one side, 240 over 0.5 other side

It's an anti-anxiety pill.

Paul is correct, Watson Laboratories lists this tablet as containing 5mgs of Lorazepam, which is a generic for Ativan.

The FDA warns that this medication carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, and irritability.
