Yes toxid 150 is antibiotic and it is very useful for us when our throat went down and when our voice change .when I suffer from throat .my sound is not clear and light pain in my throat .I take this medicine.now I am quite well

Recently I spent holidays with friends and took many menthol based cigarettes and on the return back before my boarding flight I took pizza along with coke. The coke glass was full of ice. I was so hungry and thirsty that I took the glass of coke having been full of ice cubes, I reached back on 15th December 2016, and after almost 4-5 days, first on the bottom side of my tongue I developed white colored ulcers, which is known to occur due to vitamin deficiency. Latter, another but larger one developed. When I consulted my Doctor he prescribed 2 medicines: 1 gel to be applied on the white colored ulcers before eating food as it reduces pain. Another is a multivitamin. In the background I had little pain, similar to when our tonsils enlarge, but it was not so troublesome. Just after 2 days this tonsil growing like pain started getting more intense followed by a fever. This time I narrated this to a Pharmacist who suggested AZETHRAL 500, one strip containing 5 tablets (1 tablet per day for 5 days). I have taken 2 tablets, but am not recovering much. Pain is still there, fever comes usually in the afternoon time, pain is more when eating food, especially solid food like rice, but when I take the tablet GOFLAME, both fever and pain subside. Pain develops again when eating and the fever may come again at night. What could be the reason? What could be the probable cure for this?
