It sounds like the cross is probably just a score for dividing the tablet.
If there are not actual markings on the tablet, then I am sorry, but there is no way to positively identify it.
There are quite a few over the counter or foreign medications that meet this description.
Was it found in the U.S.?

i have the same kinda ones was told the were like d10's but been reading about it on the internet and now im freaked.... its a double score on one side and blank on the other.... the writing on the blister pack was russian i think but the pharmacology name was dia something or somthing ...pian.... im waiting on my mate to rext the exact name but she is terrible time wise!!!! took some ten mins ago'ish and feeling nothing but maybe warm and a bit sweaty but i think thats cos im paro about what they are... ive even read there are diet pills, ephedrine pills, some kinda pills for spinal injuries and god knows what else.... has anyone any idea what the are ? as soon as my friend gets around to texting ill update

Teammate, the brand name drug, had absolutely no resemblance to this description — ad it never contained caffeine. The sole active ingridient was DIETHYPROPION HC;. TENUATE DOSPANS contain 75mg of Diethylpropion and the regular IR table contained 25,g Diethylpropion. In the the US, it also was manufactured under the brand-name TEPANIL TEN-TABS. 75mg ER or 25mg/tablet with the same dosage strengths as listed for TENUATE.

Could be russian made Dianabol. Dianabol is an extremely potent anabolic steroid that was very popular in 70's and 80's and is still considered the best all around bulking steroid made. If it is it is most likely 5 mg. Dianabol, by chance; is most poular in the former soviet Union states as well as Russia itself.

I filled a script for what I thought was 10 mg. Zolpidem in Mexico and it is not. It is a round white pill with a cross imprint on 1 side.
