I can't tell you the amounts contained, since you didn't mention a specific product and not all of the ones on the market contain the same amounts.

Did you mean drinking alcohol, while taking it?

If so, then when it comes to nutritional supplements, the side effect profiles and interactions for such things are not studied, as is done for prescription medications, so I don't have an answer for you.
