I started taking Klonopin for anxiety 3 months ago. I have had some hair loss and prickly tingling in the bottom of my legs. The Dr. just recently added Vyvanse for adult ADHD and raised my dose of Klonopin. Two days ago I started having pain in my knees and yesterday my left knee started swelling. I have have read all I have read all I can about both drugs and both say they can cause knee swelling. My question is which one is more likely to cause this.

It is really difficult for us to say, especially without knowing your medical history. It may not even be caused by the medications, it could be some other condition entirely.
Have you spoken to your doctor about it? They may wish to have you lower or discontinue one or the other, to try to rule them out, or run some tests to see if there is some other cause.
