iam using meganueron od plus for last one week can you send me side effects of medicine ## Meganeuron is actually a supplement and not a regular prescription drug. It contains: alpha lipoic acid 100mg, folic acid 1.5mg amd methylcobalamin 750mcg. As such, the side effects are not studied for these, the way they are for prescription drugs. it has no letters or markings on it at all It looks a little like a mulitvitamin tablet, but doesn't have the same smell or taste ## This is a simple multivitamin. I think its just a generic brand you can get pretty much anywhere, but it is just a multivitamin. ## I agree that it could be a multivitamin, however, there is also the possibility that it could be some other type of supplement. For instance, iron tablets are also made that look like this and if it is, it could be very dangerous for some people to think it is just a multi-vitamin, as for some people, too much iron can be just as dangerous as too little is for others.

I'm a 44 yo white female. ## Whether you 'should' take any vitamins or not is a contentious issue and your doctor is likely to tell you that you don't need to take any and that you get all that you need in food. Unfortunately, there is VERY good evidence that up to 85% of the population is deficient in Vitamin D and several doctors call magnesium deficiency 'epidemic'. It's an excellent idea to get a blood test for vitamin d and get your level up to the Normal Vitamin D Level and possibly have your magnesium level checked, although the magnesium blood test is very inaccurate and will tell you little.
