Normal levels are 10 to 120 mcg/L, so 501 is, indeed very high. Generally, high creatine levels occur due to some sort of muscle injury, such as a heart attack, stroke, pulmonary infarction, myopathy, brain injury, myocarditis, and etc. Thus, lowering your levels is dependent upon treating the relevant condition that has caused it to be high, so there isn't any one specific medication that can be recommended for you. It's beige all the way through with brown speckles in it. It's not a capsule, but rather an oblong pill with gritty texture. No markings. It may be a supplement / vitamin pill, etc. ## It could be a supplement for male enhancement called Power-Max from appliednutrition. You can see a photo of the box which has the tablet on it.

Since the pills you found do not have an imprint on them it is not possible that they are a controlled medication. The reason I say this is because the FDA requires that all controlled medication have an imprint so that they can identify the pill. Since it is not a controlled medication it is possible that the pill is either a vitamin, supplement or a dietary pill. There is also a very small chance that the pill is an illegal substance but is unlikely since it does not match any of the FDA's website for ill...
