What are the ingredients in these tablets, and what are they prescribed for? Also, what should someone expect the cost to be?

Lubrica-forte ingrdients are Collagen peptide type2 , Sodium Hyaluronate, rosehip extract and Vitamin C tablet mainly prescribed for Osteo-arthritis in mild to moderate conditions. Recommended dosage twice daily sometimes once daily in mild OA.
