what is the use of this medicine? ## M Neuron Forte does not appear to be available in the U.S. and I am sorry to say that other countries do not regulate their prescription drugs as strictly as the FDA does. That said, finding information on them is very difficult, since there are no databases which list them all, like there are for U.S. prescription drugs. The only information I was able to gather is that this pill contains Vitamins and Minerals, and more specifically it states that it also contains Methylcobalamin (the better non synthetic form of Vitamin B12). The only other thing I can suggest is that you try asking your local doctor or pharmacist for more detailed information.

Proferrin Forte iron with vitamins. Need to know all ingredients. Is there a generic for this. Insurance won;t pay for this, considers it a vitamin supplement yet it is prescribed by doctor and I must take it. I am anemic. Any advise? ## Most all medicine list the ingredients. i consulted a doctor and found out that my hemoglobin was low. she gave me pco plus vitamins. can i also take propan with iron at the same time? thanks ## I am having trouble finding the specifics on what the PCO Plus contains, but I do know the Propan, with Iron is a multivitamin. You really shouldn't double up, without consulting your doctor. Too much of the iron, as well as some other vitamins, such as B12 can be just as dangerous as being low in them. For instance, too much iron may cause liver damage and conditions, such as Hemachromatosis. Methylcobal 500 mg is taken for what. Does ot have any side effects ? Is it a substitute of Becosule capsules. Thanks ## Methylcobalamin is a form of Vitamin B12, so it is a nutritional supplement. And no, it is not a direct substitute for Becosule, because it is a multivitamin supplement. As a supplement, the side effect profiles for it are not studied, as is done for prescription drugs, however, some people do experience some nausea, after taking it. It is used to treat or prevent the conditions that can be caused by a deficiency in the nutrients that it contains. Are there any other questions?

Did you mean drinking alcohol, while taking it? If so, then when it comes to nutritional supplements, the side effect profiles and interactions for such things are not studied, as is done for prescription medications, so I don't have an answer for you. I believe the correct spelling is Nuroday H. Do you have any packaging on written information for a product label, or even the manufacturer's name? If I am not mistaken, it is supposed to help treat Vitamin B deficiency. I think the ingredients are 1000 mg Methycobalamin, 100 mg Pyridoxide HCL, 100 mg Nicotinamide, 50 mg D Panthenol, and 2% Benzyl Alcohol. Does this sound like what you have?

I can, however, tell you that it is a supplement, therefore it has not been tested and actually proven to help with ANYTHING. The same is true of most supplements on the market, they have not been tested and proven to actually help with any medical condition. They do have a website and they list the ingredients as: Vitamin C, Vitamin D, Magnesium, NAG, Chondroitin, Termeric, Rice Flour, Boswella, Ashwagandha, Bromelain, Evening Primrose Oil, Green Lipped Muscle and Hyaluronic Acid.
