what is the use of this medicine?

M Neuron Forte does not appear to be available in the U.S. and I am sorry to say that other countries do not regulate their prescription drugs as strictly as the FDA does. That said, finding information on them is very difficult, since there are no databases which list them all, like there are for U.S. prescription drugs.

The only information I was able to gather is that this pill contains Vitamins and Minerals, and more specifically it states that it also contains Methylcobalamin (the better non synthetic form of Vitamin B12).

The only other thing I can suggest is that you try asking your local doctor or pharmacist for more detailed information.
