im 24 year of age having a scoliosis(not that worst. )my first doctor prescribed me a calvin plus and vit. c.So,im taking calvin plus but the vit c was not,i took clusivol multivitamins.I wanna know if it was wrong or might overdose using a multivitamins plus the calvin plus.I think to much calcium and if there was any side effects? Is Tab Follihair and Bitozed Forte equivalent.. ? As my earlier dr had prescribed for hair loss Follihair tab to me, & now another dr had prescribed Bitozed Forte...now since I have Sufficient BItozed Forte tablets with me,can I continue finishing same before I switch over to Follihair? sir I recently started taking supradyn multivitamin and vitamin E tablets with vitamin C tablets, but I am expriencing pain during urination. It could be a urinary tract infection, so you need to see your doctor as soon as possible. Noel, they are just multivitamins, but taking too many of some of them can cause health issues, so she needs to see her doctor to be checked out. Are there any other questions or comments?

i am 21 years old. i feel like deficiency of vitamin d in me as i m not allowing my skin to get exposed in sun which cause change in my skin color tone and due to heavy schedule my diet is also disturbed. my skin tone has been changed. one of my friend recommended mashyne. should i start taking mashyne sachet considering my age or should i must take any other vitamin d related medicine.
