I was prescribed Vitamin D2 1.25 mg to be taken once a week for five weeks after my D level was tested and came back at a level of 21. I took the first dose 5 days ago and for the past four days I have experienced intense muscle and bone pain, drowsiness, weakness, shortness of breath, burning sensation in my bladder. Could I be experiencing an overdose? Is this too high of a dosage in comparison to my level being 21? ## The symptoms you've described may actually be due to the deficiency. Is it safe to take Ferrous Sulfate if my iron meds have expired? ## Help, Nik! How are you? I have to be honest and say that I am not certain of the safety of this one. Iron can be very touchy. You could, however, call and ask your doctor or pharmacist. Alternatively, you could dispose of them and just pick up a new supply. Is there anything else I can help with?

I take the B12 shots intermusclular injection in my legs. The last batch of this I got seems to be thicker than the other I took. Can this be diluted with water? cleaning out the heater vent and found an unmarked dark blue capsule, and when i opened it, there was a solid dark or black filling to it with quite a pungent smell. almost like that of a bouillon cube or a vitamin powder... I am having heavy head problem for last 2 years due to cervical. Doctor had prescribed vertin 16. one tablet per day But neither my condition has improved nor gone down.But I have have started skin iching on my body.Is it due to side affects of vertin16. My Father had an road accident with head injury in may 2012. he never felt convulsion at that time. he was unconscious for about a week. he was treated with Manitol and other medicines. He gained his memories slowly. But due to communication error at the initial treatment at the time accident the Dr understood that he had convulsions.
