After consuming supradyn for more than a month , leg cramps reduced but noticed considerable increase in hair loss. The daily hair loss is too much . I have stopped taking supradyn for a fortnight but hair loss is continuing. Kindly advise. ## Supradyn is just a multivitamin/mineral supplement, so it should not cause hair loss. Hi. This is shah. I am taking OLIGOCARE tablets because of a low sperm count problem diagnosed by my doctor. Please advise if this is ok to use to cure this problem? ## Oligocare appears to be a vitamin supplement which is supposed to help increase male sperm count. I found it in the US but it could be foreign. It's just a circular pink/peach-ish pill, scored in half on one side and no markings anywhere on it. It might just be a vitamin but I took it anyway. If you have an idea of what it might be please respond. {edited for privacy}
