Vitamin D3 50000iu And Multivitamin
UpdatedDoctor sent me some Vitamin D3 50000iu to take once a week. Is it OK to incorporate multivitamins to it? Since the multivitamin already has D3 1,000iu?

Hello, Lyn! How are you?
No, it would be best not to do that. Too much vitamin D may also be dangerous, though the risk is very minimal, but it's best to just take what your doctor has prescribed, unless they okay it for you to take more.
Where you found to be low in it?
