Vitamin B Complex

I am taking supraneuron for the first time. I merely asked the pharmacy for any vitimin b-complex and this tablet was recommended to me. For 2 days now, since I started taking the tablet, I seem to feel very slight difficulty of breath. I am not sure if it is because of the table, though. I wish to know the contents of the tablet, including indications. Unfortunately, the pharmacy where I bought the medicine has no available literature regarding the medicine.

Have you spoken to your doctor?

This tablet contains 250mgs of B1, 250mgs of B6 and 500mcgs of B12.

However, even though it is just a vitamin, you do have to be careful, because too much of vitamin B12 can be just as dangerous as not having enough.

You should talk to your doctor, so they can get to the root of the problem, which may include a blood test to check your vitamin levels.
