Based on the ingredients listed, I would think that it should be sold over-the-counter, as they appear to be natural:

Acidum Phosphoricum D3 1.0 g
Cocculus D5 1.0 g
Helonias Dioica D5 1.0g
Ignatia D5 1.0g
Panax Ginseng D1 1.0g
Sepia D6 1.0 g
Zincum D6 0.1g

I would recommend looking in the homeopathic section of the pharmacy or at your local health food store (i.e. wholefoods, vitamin shoppe, etc) to check it's availability.
