Having problems finding this product. Has it been discontinued and if so, do you know why?

yes, go to canadapharmacy and order visine workplace eyedrops. it is the same as LR.

Same here in Fla, no LR available so I tried the multi symptom. Used it once and had a burning sensation, my eyes stayed red and promptly returned the bottle to CVS. LR IS THE ONLY THING THAT WORKS!!!

Visine workplace is exactly the same. I use it and it works the same. The bottles on ebay are over $20 with a day to go. Canadapharmacy is the place.

I just got my order from the Canada Pharmacy and it only took a couple of days. It seems to be working just like Visine LR!!!!

Like everyone else, for months I've been running around to every store looking for Visine LR. Glad I finally thought to google it! I tried the couple U.S. suggestions and they were out of stock. Last week, I ordered the Visine Workplace from canadapharmacy; it arrived today. I ordered a pkg of 6 and the S&H fee was $5. The exp. date is 12/2011. Thanks for the help!

Just wondering if anyone else has called VISINE lately? I know what he told me about them not discontinuing the product but am still not feeling that confident. I will order from canadapharmacy. If anyone else calls VISINE, please post what they tell you to see if the information they are giving is consistent. Thanks!

if you go to Visine.com, they still have LR listed as one of their products. That is promising I supposed but I am still not convinced that this product hasnt been discontinued. My suggestion to all...stock up on Visine Workplace before you can't find that anymore. I was able to find 6 bottles of LR online before they all sold out.

I will post again with my verdict on Visine Workplace. I have Visine Multi-Symptom in my purse, and it is utter crap.

After months of searching every pharmacy in St. Lawrence, Jefferson and Franklin Co., I found the last bottle at Rite Aide in Potsdam, NY yesterday. Ex. date 8/11

There is something strange about this whole situation. Why hasn't Visine put anything on their website about Visine LR and the reason we can't find it? I think it's been discontinued and for some unknown reason they don't want to tell us.

Glebe Apothecary in Ottawa, Ontario is sold out online. I purchased one bottle about two weeks ago and started to worry so I ordered another and now they are out. Visine must be discontinuing it.

No, I agree with everyone something is very strange indeed. That is why I am still uncertain about the whole situation and what VISINE reported to me. I am in California and I have beens searching the entire state for months. Nothing. Seems weird that everyone's expiration dates are near 8/2011. If anyone gets through to VISINE by phone, please post their response.

Christina, what I am wondering is why Visine would say that it is not being discontiued if it really is. Why wouldn't they just announce it ? why would they care if we complained. they would just explain that demand was down etc. It is baffling to say the least. I'm going to keep calling until I get through. I'll keep you posted.

I forgot to include in my previous post that I purchased the Canadian equivalent of Visine LR called Visine Workplace from a Canadian pharmacy in Ottawa. What I didn't include was the expiration date was 01/11 which is proof that it is older stock and possibly Canada's supply will be exhausted soon too! Oh, Laudy, what are we going to do!

At the end of this, there is a Marketing Start Date which is April 5, 2010. Anyone have any clue what this is all about? Could it be production was started again on April 5, 2010?????
