Typical screw the customer mentality. Since one product beats the pants of all the others you offer, take it off the market. If distribution is the problem why are all of the other products on shelf? Good job Visine.

I found out today that CVS still carries Visine LR, but the product has been delayed to the distributors. I had a CVS manager check for me. He told me that the product is on order at his CVS, but again, there is a distribution problem. I hope this information helps & encourages those of us who use this product.

Can't find it.. been impossible for the pass weeks now... tried kmart rite aid cvs target walmart albertson... etc... best bet is probably unknown cities and grocery stores?

Visine is screwing customers,I've called them at least a month ago,dumb bimbo I've spoke with said that she doesn't see anything about end of life on the product and said she can give me directions to Walgreens to go pick it up.Very disappointing and I don't think it's coming back.

I called Visine corporate, the woman said that it was still in production and they were having problems with distribution. Issues with distribution?? I asked her why don't they ship it out with their other products that seem to make it to the stores? She had no response. I think they've discontinued it and the new multi-symptom variety is supposed to replace it. Sad, it was such a great product.....and everyone was buying it!!!! (that is what's funny, if it was not moving, I could see them discontinuing it). Probably someone new in the company. They dropped it in order to show that something was being done in product development. Idiots....having to justify their positioins!

I'm in Denver and Visine LR is totally gone from every single store in the entire metro area, not even a tag on the shelves for it. I've seen three dozen responses here on this thread ... is anyone concerned about WHY it's not on shelves anymore??? If you don't buy into the distribution excuse -- you might start wondering about why it was discontinued, if that was the case. I say we all stay connected on this issue for further developments ... who really knows what we've been putting in our eyes (for years).

Like most of you, I have been using this product for many years, and I have literally spent hundreds of dollars trying other products of Visine, Clear Eyes, etc.... Nothing works at all.
Just to be a little more specific, I wake up every morning with the reddest eyes possible. The bad thing is, the redness does not go away. When I started using thid product, I thought I found magic, I put in one drop every morning to both eyes, and have snow white eyes all day.
I cannot find any in Dallas, online, etc. I have a small stash of an order I found that I am rationing out until Visine get's it's $$%% together.
I have called Visine, sam response as everyone else. Distribution..
I also see other people posting that there are other brands of eye drops with the same active Ingredient (Oxymetazoline).
This is not true at all. No other brand that I can find on the market has this ingredient.
It would be nice to hear some explanations of people looking for this product on your scenario, and why you use it. Maybe we can conclude a common symptom, and find an optical specialist to assist with an alternative.

Try your local/small pharmacies... found a couple in a small pharmacy in MS, also found 1 box at Kroger. No luck finding in other stores....

I found Visine for red eye Workplace has Oxymetazoline Hydrochloride 0.025%. Hope this helps all who are looking for a product with this ingredient, Claritin Allergy and Visine LR appear to be discontinued.

I have been looking all over Seattle for Visine LR as well. No luck. Today, I just found one bottle at K-Mart and paid $9.99 for a 1/2 oz. bottle. Something is strange. I hope it is just a distribution problem. It is my favorite eye drop. Nothing else comes close.

After searching high and low at over 10 different chain stores and pharmacies (CVS, Walgreens, etc.), I finally found 5 at a very small grocery store. For whoever is looking like I am - look small or out of the big city to find it.
