im still snappy at people and poop like running water i only took 2 so far dont know if i take anymore

Severe seratonin syndrome.Started with both knees then both quadriceps.Treatment still on going.Diagnosed by prescribing psychiatrist after going to several different types of doctors trying to stop such severe pain.AVOID VIIBRYD.

Went up to 40 3 weeks ago and I feel like I am speeding uncontrollable. I am angry Not to mention the constant stomach aches and diarrhea...Also headaches.. Went down to 20 two days ago. Going to get off it totally.

Some Doctors do not know what you actually feel like inside. Sometimes I feel that they just don't understand and that they just put you on all different meds to see which ones you can TOLERATE. This doesn't help me at all. Referred me to a therapist where I had to fill out the same forms 4 times and asked by her the same questions. She is a 32 yr. old who has never experiences anxiety. The people that help you should have experienced what we feel!!!!!

Me too!!! I can't get enough sugar and have gained 9 lbs in the last six weeks. I am not overeating!

I I have been on viibryd for a month now and I am having terrible anxiety. Only on 20 mg. I want to get off but am afraid of side effects. Any suggestions?

When my dr switched me to celexa he had me take both for two days then just stop viibryd. I honestly have not had any withdrawal or problems getting off of the med.

I am pretty sure i read that the viibryd patent will not be up until 2015. So far i've had samples. I am having bowel problems enough I cannot leave my house. How much and when do you take the antidiaherra med?

I'm going into my 4th month on viibryd now. Some of the side effects have diminished. I'm still dealing with the intestinal problems, headaches, muscle aches to name a few. I take the poison pill in morning now which I find it helps with some of the side effects. I've resorted to calling it that because I feel as if my body is slowly being poisoned. I know for some it works great and are willing to put up with the side effects. I'm trying to be patient but I feel like its just not for me.

Thank you Mario. I think I can handle being tired. I teally think this drug has been my problem. Ringing in thecears, digestion issues, headaches (just lately), not being able to sleep through the night, one (1) lucid dream I could not explain and these 2 vision concentration issues.

I DO, however, NOT FEEL suicidal or hopelessness I had been feeling.
I also take buporpion (this one works!) I have enough to add one in the evening in place of.
Anyone on viibryd I truly wish you the best of luck. I've been on it for app 4 + months.

Yes!!! I,ve been steadily putting on weight ever since I started taking Viibryd. Not happy! Going to try Wellbutrin.

I also had brain zaps on viibryd, among all the other lovely side effects. I agree that this is a dangerous drug that needs more testing. That is why I'm slowly weaning off completely.

I decided to decrease to 20mg to see if sweating at night and ear ringing would stop. The sweating did stop but still have the ear ringing. I didn't relate my feet hurting to the med, but reading this makes me wonder. Now I have decreased to 10mg. I don't sweat at night. I still have ear ringing. My orgasms are not delayed as much as even on 20mg. But!! My mood is not as great as when I was on 20 and even 40. I'm thinking of stopping all together but want to take something. Time to head back to the doc I guess.

IMPORTANT: NO CAFFEINE WITH ANTIDEPRESSANTS

I just started posting here and am trying to faithfully read through all of your posts, but one thing that really struck me, is when a constant commenter on this forum, said he drinks coffee. That is going to be a huge problem when you are taking an antidepressant. Cut the caffeine and see how you feel.

It only took 5 days for me as well...and the pain was so bad, I begged the ER personnel to just "put me to sleep".

Seriously happy for you as far as your sex life is concerned...LOL!

The pharmicist at CVS Pharmacy told me that they refuse to sell Viibryd. I'm off of it now for about 2 weeks. 50 mg of Zoloft is my choice again even though it did not work for me before, so last two days, I started on 100 mg. I would never go back to Viibryd, no matter what.

Getting off of it was not difficult for me. I went down to 10 mg after being on 20 mg. Did it myself without a doctor and had no problems.
