Vicodin is a combination medication that contains Acetaminophen and Hydrocodone, it is available as the name brands Vicodin, Lortab and Norco, as well as being available as a generic. Thus, there are far too many tablets on the market for me to be able to list them all for you. Additionally, you only posted the dosage of the Acetaminophen in them and not the relevant dosage of the Hydrocodone and there are several different dosages of it available, as well. A 1.5 inch sample of hair, taken from the scalp, will go back 90 days. One time use will not show up on a hair drug test so I wouldn't worry about it showing up on a hair follicle drug test.

If you need a narcotic medication on a long-term ongoing basis then due to the new regulations that were put in place last year, you'll need to see a pain management specialist. Do you currently have a PCP that you see regularly? If so, getting them to refer you to someone might be the easiest thing to do.

If there are no markings on it, then it is not a U.S. approved Vicodin tablet, because all U.S. prescription tablets are required to have markings to enable their identification, in case of emergency. So, these are most likely just something that's available over the counter, although there is a slight chance that they could be a foreign medication. How big is it? I'll keep looking and post back, when I have information for you.

My script has changed under the new law. It's now Vicodin with 325 acetaminophen. I've noticed that this new pill is giving me a headache. Only the acetaminophen strength has changed. The strength was 7.5/ 750. It's now 7.5/ 325. Anyone have any idea why the headache? When I switch back to the old, no headache. Thanks in advance. ## Hello, Pamela! How are you? I suffer from severe pain. I am 30 years old and I have been treated for pain and anxiety for the last 7 years. My treatment however has consisted of just vicodin or Percocet. I have scoliosis, spine is s shape, digenertive disc disease with narrowing, arthritis is my lower back and knees. Most of my pain is in my lower back but I also have undefined pain, like if I sit or stand for extended periods of time in the space between my shoulder blades and spine towards the top of my back. So this is a generic for Tylenol 3, but it's nowhere near as strong as the Vicodin.
