Vertigo And Dizziness Fenofibrate 54 Mg
(Newest replies first)
Updated
Three times I started on Fenofibrate 54 mg and I stopped taking it. I knew the side effect of vertigo was possible. I want to try this drug again BUT I want to know if the vertigo side effect will lessen or subside after time. If so how long does it take for this side effect to go away (If ever).

ML, most such side effects generally last about 4 to 6 weeks, while your body is getting used to the medication. At that same point, they should hit their peak and then start to taper off in severity.
Have you talked to your doctor about the issue?

And as to the best medication for dizziness and vertigo, there is really no answer to that, because it can vary from person to person. What works well for someone else, may not work for you and vice-versa.
You should consult your doctor to discuss your concerns and get their opinion on what might be the best option for you to try.
