I do not take drugs, I had to take a drug test, and it showed up as if i was taking benzo's(I guess things such as valium and xanax). Would it be possible for this medication sulfameth/tmp ds tab do this? ## Sulfamethoxazole with Trimethoprim is an antibiotic, used to treat various types of infections and no, from what I am finding, it's not reported to cause false positives for anything. Where you taking anything else? Fyi, people thanks for the heart attack. 6 weeks is not true maybe if u take it along time but I took 4 5mg on Tuesday and that Friday I had to take a drug test. before the test I read everything frankly I was scared to dealth being it was my first time taking a piss test and a week later they sais I passed. I'm over weight by a lot and I didn't do anything special but I'm no expert an I won't go around saying other wise. To everyone out there scared I'm sure it could be different for everyone. Hi I Am On Methadone And Dont Like Valium (Or Any Such Meds). However We Were In A Car Accident and My Doc Prescribed Me 2mg For a Few Days But I don't Want To Take Them Yet my Urine needs to test positive for valium. Will it test positive If I Just Add Little or is It Only The Metabolites that show up? I started a methadone treatment just 6 days ago on last Thursday. They did a urinalysis but I told them I had taken dilauudid and some benzos (clonazapam/diazapam) .They didn't make big deal a out of it and started me off with 30 mgs a day in the morning so night was hard. A "friend" gave me 40 valium & I took em all. That was 4 days ago and tomorrow will be 5 days. Am I screwed? Or if I drink lots of water will it just appear to be leftovèr from when I started the program 7 days eaelir..,? Help. They are supposed to decide wether to up my dose tomorrow. If I'm being A F Up who knows where it will put me in the program. I screwed up but couldn't sleep. Little purple pill with 5 on one side line on the other is it valume ## No, I didn't find a Valium/Diazepam listed with just a 5 and a score line. Learn more Valium details here. I am wanting to know that if its possible for valium to contaminate other meds? MY husband and I keep our meds in a lock box which all the bottles wont fot in, so we have smaller individual boxes we'll put them in. One month it may have his xanax in it the next it might contain my valium ( as I know valium is easily breakable and can go to powder easy if it is broken). So my question is my drug tests come back fine, however my husbands drug tests come back that he has taken his xanax and my valium, which he has not....seeings how we each have a key to the box and I am the one that doses out our meds each night. All this is due to us having our meds stolen before. Is it possible for the box that had my valium in it to get on his meds and cause his drug test to be dirty? PLEASE HELP #...

I have taken Escitolopram for 7 years and put on a lot of weight over 2 stone. I take them in the morning, but drop back to sleep, can they be taken at night, am also on Valium for 30 years, and propranalol I also take thyroxine,please answer me, how to get this weight off. ## Do you have a pretty stable diet and/or exercise regime? What can i do to cleanse my system so its not detectable in urine? 22, male, 185 lbs ## There really aren't any guaranteed ways to do so. Valium contains the active ingredient Diazepam, which is a Benzodiazepine and this class of medications can be detectable in a standard urine test for up to 6 weeks, after last dosing. I found a white colored hexagon shaped tablet which has N 2 marked on one side, but I am unble to make out the marking on the other side. i found it with a yellow/cream colored tablet with Roche 5 marked one side and a mark on the other so as to break in half. pretty sure this one is Valium. ## The N2 tablet is white? That seems odd, there is a 2mg Suboxone tablet that meets this description, with a sword like logo on the opposite side, but it's orange and saturated enough that it could not be mistake for white. Yes, I believe you're right on the Roche 5 and it seems it contains 5mgs of Diazepam.

Most pharmacists suggest that after about 5 half lives, the drug will be out of your system. In the event of a drug test, a single use of Diazepam can take 7-10 days to be out of your system for a urine test; any doses more frequent than that may take up to 1-6 weeks to be out of your system for a urine test. It can 6-48 hours to be out of your system for a blood test; 1-10 days for a saliva test, and as long as 90 days to be out of your system for a hair test.
