The pill in description is Diazepam (10 mg); first marketed as Valium, by Hoffmann-La Roche.

It is commonly used for treating anxiety, insomnia, seizures, muscle spasms, restless legs syndrome, obsessive compulsive disorder, alcohol withdrawal, benzodiazepine withdrawal, and Ménière's disease.
