I am using softovac (bowel regulator) daily night 1 spoon, are there any side effects of forming stones in pancreas etc?

even I am suffering from the same condition.
I took it for about 5-6 days and after that it's damn difficult to paas the motion without taking softovav and they have mentioned that its not habit forming. If you find any cure then pls share.

that is the only problem, it IS habit forming. I have stopped taking softovac and am on a course of ayurvedic medicines. Now am kind of relieved.

Hello,

I have been using softovac of more than 3 years now, i started using it as used to feel constipated and it is not a habit forming medicine,however now i cannot pass stool without consuming it please suggest how can i get rid of this medicine.

Is softivac safe for regular use? Today I purchased one bottle to get relief from constipation n bloating. When I saw feedback I got confused as to whether it's safe or has any side effects?

I am 51 yrs. male taking softovac SF 2spoon evening daily after meal along with Abhyarist & pilex tab. daily for piles, constipation & weakness since 2 months. I am now ok. Should I continue or is any side effect of its regular use.thanks.

If you need only one spoon for having a BM, then try eating Pappaya everyday and consume 2-3lt of water a day. You might not even need softovac! Also, try to avoid gassy foods and too much wheat. See if that helps.

Hi,
There are no side effects. I had this in 2007 and and having it now again due to IBS-C. try to reduce it after sometime by eating other things with soluble fiber, like collard leaves, lettuce (cook them), spinach, methi, papaya daily for breakfast, flax seeds with meals etc. See what suits you and your health from these foods and only then have them.
You will reduce dependency on Softovac slowly with these.

This is Pinto, I take softovac/sf for every third day to pass stool'
I take two heaped teaspoons
Once in a while the stool does not pass and the softovac remaims in belly? Is it harmful?
Then I take next day again and some time stool passes.
Any problems?

soft vac contains senna which IS habit forming. triphala powder is a solution. lactolose is again habit forming.Papaya is best. stone apple or bel is also good. Problem is these are not always available. are papain tablets available???

I am taking KABJAHAR for severe constipation and feeling better but motion gets several times in a day , so today i started to take softovac sf . Is it better for me and i am diabetic , my age is 53
