Has he consulted his doctor? He should do so immediately, that could be due to blood in the urine, which means there may be internal bleeding somewhere.
Bi-Profenid contains the active ingredient Ketoprofen, which is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory and it can cause stomach ulceration and an increased risk of bleeding as possible side effects.
