I have been taking Oxybutynin hydrochloride 2.5mg per day for about 4 to 5 months and for the past few weeks I've been having trouble with my eyes and having bad headaches. I was prescribed Myrbetriq for a spasmatic bladder, but it is not working and I stopped taking it. The pharmacist says it does not work when taking Phenobarbital and it is a waste of time. Does anyone else take these two drugs? ## There are no interactions listed, but there is no way to know how something may, or may not work, once it's outside of controlled studies and out in real world use. Does anyone know how long it takes for this drug to leave your system. I have a bladder infection. Can I use zertalin azitromicina 250mg to cure it? If so, what dosage? ## According to Medlineplus.gov, Azitromicina (Azithromycin) is used to treat certain bacterial infections (ears, lungs, sinuses, skin, throat, and reproductive organs), including bronchitis, pneumonia and venereal diseases. I, however, did not see any information specifically stating an indication for bladder infections (or UTI's). That said, I think it would be important to consult your prescribing doctor and/or pharmacist just to be sure. It is also your prescribing doctor's duty to inform their patient about what dose to take for best results. Nevertheless, my guess is since its mechanism of action is so broad, bladder infections may not be out of the question. I hope this helps!

Due to my spinal cord injury and paraplegia I use digital stimulation for my bowel program and therefor have the opportunity to feel some of the fecal matter as it comes through my colon. On at least 4 occasions I have found the Oxybutynin 15mg Extended Release tablets entirely intact. As an experiment I placed a tablet in a glass of water for 24 hours and after that time found the tablet intact except for the light coating that dissolved. The remains of the tablet had an almost rubber like coating. The tablet could be cut with a knife and the interior contained a white powder. It seems like the tablets are not dissolving. I have had to increase my dose to two tablets a day instead of one. In the past I was taking 5mg of Oxybutynin 3Xday. What is the mechanism for dissolving the tablets...

Has anyone experienced back and neck spasm while taking myrbetriq? I have been taking Wellbutrin XL 150mg for several years after bladder spasms start post hysterectomy. The Wellbutrin XL causes increased muscle tension, but tolerable as long as I do not increase the dosage. However, since starting the Myrbetriq, I am having increased neck and back spasms which is not responding to bodywork or muscle relaxers. I was thinking maybe the Myrbetriq may affect the same part of the brain as the Wellbutrin(which worked well for many years for the bladder spasms). I have been taking Toviaz for several years with great results. Recently it has stopped working and my old symptoms have returned. I have heard that I can stop taking it and then reintroduce it again at a later date. Does anyone know how long I should leave it off for?

I am 87 years old . Have ben on Urimax 0.4mj for nealy a decade. Recent ultrasound showed retension of urine is nearly 50%.So I am advised to stop Urimax and take Silodal 8mg once every night 10 P.M.. Why should Silodalbe preferable to Urimax.? I live in Pennsylvania. I receive a 28 day prescription of subutec at 16mg a day. My Dr miscalculated and is on vacation and won't return until 32 after my last appointment. Which leaves me 4 days without my medication. He told me that it is against the law to call anything in for me and that I have to try and stretch what I have to make it until he can see me. Is that true or is it legal and possible for him to call in the 4 day prescription until I can see him? Especially based on the mistake being on his part and not on mine. Could I go to an Er and receive the subutec if it is against the law to call it in? Doctor, So far I am using Proscar and Omnic .Proscar not available Avodart and Omnic was taken for prostate enlargement.Now Avodart and omnic also not available, I am taking Dutas and Veltam. Last week checked doctor and needs to be operated said, but I have no frequent urination,no urge of urination but erectile dysfunction is there.Then Doctor prescribed Urimax D for me. I'm prescribed Myrbetriq 1x daily at noon + Torisamide 2x weekly, when needed for water retention. When I use the Torisamide, I lose the effects at night of the Myrbetriq due to less sleep (getting up every two hours to use the bathroom). This goes on for at least three days or more. Can anything be done? It's defeating the purpose of the procedure "urlift". ## Well, the Torsemide is used to help remove excess fluid from the body, so yes, it is normal that it will make your urinate more, that is just one of its normal side effects, along with nausea, dizziness, headache, dehydration, and hypotension. My aunt is having problems with her eyesight and found out that oxybutin can cause vision problems. She's been off of oxybutin for 2 weeks and her eyesight isn't any better. She says there's a shadow where here vision is blocked. Has anyone experienced this? If so, did it clear up or was it something different? Wondering if it's time to see a specialist. Has anyone else experienced problems with the bladder not being able to fully release urine and retention while taking Myrbetriq? If so, how long were you on the drug? And did that eventually resolve itself? ## That can be a side effect of this medication, according to FDA reports, and they do advise that you contact your doctor, since it does not always resolve, so this might not be the best medication choice for you. You may need to try something else. How much fluid do you take in each day? Are you on any other medications?

I am using Flotral D for the last five years. It is very effective for my prostate growth problems. But now I am experiencing back pain and pain over joints. Now as advised by a doctor I checked the Vitamin -D level. It is too low as 9.6ng/mL against the required level of above 30ng/mL. whether the use of flotral -D has any role in this

These are the only two meds I'm taking other than suboxone, seroquel, vistaril, ibuprofen and bactrim and I've taken all these others before many times and never failed my drug screen til I started taking the flavoxate and spironolactone. Will either of these cause me to fail my u.i. for cocaine &/or ecstasy, bc I've been failing for these two drugs since I started taking these two meds? Please help me resolve this matter.
