I have many kidney stones (size 4mm to 5mm and form many size of small 3mm 2mm 1mm both side of kidney. I feel pain. so, I want to know use of NEERI Syrup. ## how can.i take this syrup and how many days i have stone small ## This is only an herbal supplement, not an actual medication, so there are no guarantees that it will help with anything. That said, as explained by the NIH, most small kidney stones will pass on their own in a few days, so usually pain medications are prescribed to help someone be more comfortable, while they are being passed. If a stone is too big to pass, other medical intervention may be required. Sarah, if you have many kidney stones, you really need to consult a specialist to discover what is causing them. Too many of them may cause kidney failure, the same is ...

Is there a difference in Potassium Citrate ER 10 MEQ Tab and Potassium Citrate 540 MG SA Tab? ## Hi John, Other than the difference in dosages where 10 mEq is equivalent to 750 mg, the "SA" also appears to be an extended release tablet; so from what I can gather, there aren't any immediate differences besides the dose. The only other differences would be found in the inactive ingredient list of each tablet, since they may be manufactured by different companies. Certain "inactive" ingredients that may or may not be present in each brand, are actually detrimental to how the drug is metabolized and used by your body. Because everyone is different, your body may agree with one medication over the other, due to how you feel or based on whatever side effects present themse...

small round whit pill, it's scored once on one side and has 257 imprinted on the other...there is NO other writing or letters on the pill! ## The closest match I have been able to find is manufactured by Zydus Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 15mgs of Oxybutynin, which is used to help treat overactive bladder, and urinary incontinence. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, drowsiness, vomiting, and urinary retention. Is anyone else familiar with this tablet?

I am a heart patient - had CABG about 14 years ago. Medicines I am taking are : Deplatt CV 20 (1 tab daily), Monotrate OD 50 (1 tab daily), Valzaar 80 (2 tabs daily), Nebicard 10 (1 tab daily), Flavedon MR 35 mg (2 tabs daily); for prostrate problem, I am taking Urimax 0.4 (1 tab daily); for arthritis, I am taking Folitrax 7.5 (1 tab weekly). Along with these I am taking Cobadex Czs (1 tab daily) and Folvite 5 (1 tab daily). Is Folvite 5 necessary? I understand Cobadex Czs also has 'Folic acid'. Is any of these medicines superfluous? I am 64 years old.

My brother (who has been diagnosed with nephrotic syndrome) has been taking tacromus and omnacortil along with some other medicine as prescribed by his super specialist kidney doctor since 2011. However, his condition has been unpredictable. Recently, without informing his doctor we let him stop his medication and gave him our local herbal juice & amazingly his monthly test result showed a better result than it did during his time on medication. In the next appointment/consultation, his doctor lowered the dose of medicine & we still didn't disclose about it... Since one cannot just ignore doctors who are life savers and specialize in the field, my question here is, should we still rely on my brother's doctor advice? Could I have some of your valuable inputs please? ## Ab...

I had bladder mesh surgery 7yrs ago, several procedures, hysteroscopy and have been on myrbetriq for a few years. But now my Dr has added oxybutynin with this, so does this mean my bladder is getting worse? ## Have your issues and symptoms become worse? You would be the best person to know that. Are you sure your doctor didn't want you to switch from one to the other? The FDA lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth, dizziness, blurred vision, and vomiting.

How long does it take oxybutinin to work? I just started the pill form 5 mg today, supposed to take 2x daily and only took one so far and still going like crazy ## Hello, Sammy! How are you? There may be some slight effect when you first start taking it, but usually it can take awhile for it to reach a good efficacy level in your body. Really, having taken just one dose is too soon to expect it to do much. If you continue for a week or more and have no results, then you'll need to contact your doctor. Is there anything else I can help with? ## Is it safe for my friend to take oxybutin from chemist shes weeing none stop and wont go doctors but it is bad the worst ive seen its constant ## Good lord, NO! MUST first rule out UTI and diabetes

I have not taken any for 1 1/2 days and I am still quite dizzy. Is this the side effect of use. ## How long where you taking it? Dizziness can be a very common side effect of this medication and, as I well remember from when I took it years ago, it can take several days to wear off, especially if you've taken it for a long period of time. ## I have taken the Oxybutynin 10 mil for a couple months couple weeks ago my right eye is very blurry vision if I stop taking this how long will it take for the blurriness in Rye I do get better

I have been on Vesicare for around 7 months now and finally got my life back at last. They worked like a dream and most of my symptoms disappeared. A fortnight ago I picked up my monthly prescription and after a couple of days of taking them from the new pack, all my dreaded symptoms came back. Feels like I am taking dummy pills. Been back to GP and chemist and they say it's just a coincidence!! Been prescribed anti bios for now from my doc whilst awaiting u.a sample results. Could counterfeit medication get though to our dispensing chemists I wonder or would a different brand of this stop working? I'm also having pain in my vaginal area the pain is like a soreness. ## Hello, Cindi! Sorry that you're so miserable. Have things improve, at all? Yes, withdrawal effects can happen with any medication that you've been on for a long period of time, even when it's something innocuous that you didn't abuse. Learn more Oxybutynin details here. My husband was prescribed Oxybutynin over two weeks ago, after a week the dose was increased to two tablets a day. He has Parkinson's disease and takes Sinemet and Ropineral. Over the past few days, his Parkinson's which was controlled has now spiraled to the point where his mobility and tremors are badly affected. Could this be connected to the Oxybutynin? This condition worsens as the day progresses. ## Yes, the NCBI actually does report that is has been known to worsen cognitive function in those that have Parkinson's. This has also been noted in studies by other groups, such as SafeRX, and some government clinical trials. What dosage is he currently taking? Why was it prescribed and what other medications does he take?
