Urethral Tract Relaxer
UpdatedWhen under pressure or particularly when traveling on airplanes or in public bathrooms my urethral tract constricts which creates the inability to urinate.
As this is not a persistent occurrence I not not need a daily medication. Is there a relaxer that I can take strong enough to take effect as needed? I have been to the doctor and they have just given me products like rapiflow or flowmax, but I do not have any issues emptying or starting except when in above mentioned scenarios

It sounds like you might be having anxiety related to having to using public restrooms, which in my opinion is completely understandable, and if that is the case, then you may need a medication to help reduce anxiety, or some behavioral therapy to help.

There are some medications that may help, including ones that you only take as needed. I'd suggest speaking to your doctor about it from this angle, so they get a better idea of what you're talking about.
Are you on any medications?
