Urbanol And Zopax Together

Is it safe to take an Urbanol in the morning and Zopax at night? I have a very stressful job.

These are both benzodiazepines, which are used to treat anxiety, and panic disorders. Thus it is best to stick with one, or the other, since taking them both is really double up.

The NIH warns that they carry the risk of being habit forming, and may cause side effects, such as dizziness, headache, irritability, and mood changes.
