It has 44 on top and 148 on the bottom, with a line through it. It's round and white with nothing on the other side. Is it Percocet or Tylenol? ## All tablets with the 44 and 3 additional numbers are over the counter products, this one is manufactured by Teva Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 500mgs of Acetaminophen, which is a generic for Tylenol. (NDC 0182-1457) The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, and stomach irritation.

I've been taking tylenol #4 with codeine for over 18 years now for pain management. I would like to know what is the next step up because its not as effective anymore. That's a lot of it to be taken in one day, you're exceeding the 3,000mgs daily limit issued by the FDA or Acetaminophen. This medication is classified as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. The next step up would probably be Tramadol or Hydrocodone, with the first being the weakest and they latter being the strongest. How many tylenol 3s equal a 10/325mg norco? ## Hello, Yoyo! How are you? Codeine is actually a very weak opiate, so it would take 66.67mgs of it to equal each 10mg Hydrocodone. But, you can't double up, without your doctor's permission, due to the Acetaminophen in them. Taking too much of it in any 24 hour period could result in fatal toxicity, liver damage or liver failure. I was given Tylenol #5 after I broke my nose... Immediately afterwards they became Vicodin, etc.. My housemate is an old nurse and I'm tired of her always insisting that she knows everything!!! I'm taking atorvastatin 40mg. The problem is that I'm awake most of the night. Can I take Tylenol pm? ## Has your medical provider told you not to take it? I picked up this medication for my daughter but the print out paper didn't list side effects or anything. I previously had off the chart liver readings from taking Lortab 10 mg with Tylenol. My pain dr had changed my medications but now put me back on. ## What are your current liver readings? Taking opana ER 5 mg and 5 mg opana for breakthrough is not really helping. Can I take tylenol as well? ## They can be taken together, unless you've been instructed not to mix them. I myself have been on opana for 6 years for pain and IR for breakthrough. So Idk what we are going to do now to answer your question though yes when first prescribed opana was also prescribed Vicodin for breakthrough.

I've been taking dilaudid 4mg once sometimes twice a day. At the end of the month when I run out, if I take a couple of Tylenol and codeine will it help till I get my pills? ## Hello, Sue! What is this pill? For the life of me I can't seem to find out what it is anywhere! It's about the size of an extra strength Tylenol (give or take), white and round with a capital M over M on one side and a what looks like a v shape on the other. The capital M's are separated by a score and the v on the other side is impressed into the pill (as opposed to written in ink) ## I can't find a listing for this in any of our presription drug resources, either. I was given a white oblong pill with p500 on one side and blank on the other side, I was told it is tyleonol, but is it? I have seen the same shape and imprint on rxlist but the pill was pink not white, and it doesn't say anything about a white pill. I have fibromyalgia and chronic back pain. My pain mgmt Dr took me off Percocet 5-325 and put me on Tylenol 4. Will I have better pain control now? ## In my opinion there are way too many variables within your question(s) for anyone to give an honest and helpful answer. Because we all react/respond differently, the only true way to find an accurate answer would be for you to go through trial & error and formulate your own opinion. I got my script filled today for my pain I'm having from a miscarriage. He said he wrote me script for Tylenol with codeine but they're not helping much, and here it says it's just Tylenol.. I ask because there are Acetaminophen pills with A325 stamped on them, but they also have the letters GPI above. (see NDC 0904-1982 for example). Those pills do contain the active ingredient found in regular Tylenol, but without Codeine. Does the photo below match what you have?

I took a tylenol 3 because I've been having major abdominal pains. It was from an old prescription of mine. But the pain hasn't stopped and I think I may need to go to the hospital. The magnesium sterate is it plant based or pork ? ## Where can I find Hydroocodone made by Watson in Atlanta GA. Is Watson still manufacturing them since they lowered the Tylenol dosage? ## @Peggy, Based on my research, Watson doesn't appear to list these types of details on their webpage. However, what I am finding is that most drug manufacturers who do use Magnesium stearate as a filler in their tablets, also derive/source it from beef. If you have any reservations about this, it may be best to talk with your doctor or pharmacist about any allergies you might have to certain types of animal products. I took two Tylenol #3 and 4 hours later took a hydrocodone. Will I be ok to go to bed? Or will it hurt me? ## Did you experience any adverse effects? How are you doing? What was the dosage of the Hydrocodone? There is a risk of depression of the central nervous system, according to FDA reports. There is a chance that you may experience Acetaminophen toxicity, if too much of it is taken in any 8 hour period. Can you please post back and let us all know how you are doing? I'm having very bad tooth pain n swelling in upper mouth from lip to close to right ear last couple days. I took a few ibuprofen today n really wasnt working then i took a muscle relaxer at 2pm (10hrs n 48mins) ago. It kinda helped a little so I laid back down for a few hrs. can I take 2 Tylenol PMS now? I'm prescribed Tylenol #4 every 4 hrs. Took my last 2 yesterday, then took 1 percocet last night & 1 hydrocodone today. Will my urine test at pain clinic tomorrow show the percocet & hydrocodone? ## There's really no direct answer to your question, since it can vary from person to person. The Oxycodone in Percocet, along with the Hydrocodone, will very likely show up within a day of taking them. Assuming that you only took these two drugs this one time and are not a chronic user, you can still try to get the Hydrocodone out of your system in time for a UA.
