Is A325 Just Tylenol?

I got my script filled today for my pain I'm having from a miscarriage. He said he wrote me script for Tylenol with codeine but they're not helping much, and here it says it's just Tylenol.. Is it just Tylenol or does it have anything else to help with pain?

Hi Miranda - Sorry to hear about your pain and miscarriage. Do the pills have any other letters on them? I ask because there are Acetaminophen pills with A325 stamped on them, but they also have the letters GPI above. (see NDC 0904-1982 for example). Those pills do contain the active ingredient found in regular Tylenol, but without Codeine. Does the photo below match what you have?
