There is a tylenol with codeine available. If you click on the link below and scroll down to the bottom of the page, you'll find a list of all the brand names that it is sold under:

NOTE: I'm not exactly sure what you are referring to when you mention "tylenol 6", but I did see a brand name listed as "Tylenol with Codeine #4". 4 being the highest number on that brand-name list.
